Carol completed her undergraduate degree at St. Olaf College in 1979 and received her BSN from the Rush University College of Nursing in 2006, followed by her MSN and FNP-BC also from the Rush University College of Nursing in 2012. She worked on a post-surgical floor at Rush University where she discovered her interest in and passion for urology.

Carol practices adult and pediatric urology with special interests in metabolic stone management, kidney and bladder infections, female and male voiding dysfunction, pediatric voiding issues including bedwetting, urologic cancer treatments, and testosterone replacement management.

Carol grew up in rural Minnesota near Rochester enjoying horseback riding, swimming, tennis, and canoeing in the Boundary Waters. She continues to enjoy all things outdoors, gardening, reading, travel, and most of all spending time with her family.
